What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Content you submit: the resumes and job descriptions you paste into the tailoring tool, and the documents generated from them, so you can view them again in your history.

Abuse-prevention data: when your account receives its free credit, we store a one-way hash of your IP address and a normalized form of your email address. The hash cannot be reversed into your IP address, and it is used only to stop repeated free-credit claims.

Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of purchases (pack, amount, date) to credit your account.

The free ATS checker

The free ATS checker runs entirely in your browser. The resume and job post you paste into it are not sent to or stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service: authenticating you, generating your tailored documents, tracking your credits, and processing referral rewards.

Your resume text is sent to our AI model provider through Vercel AI Gateway to generate your documents. We do not sell your personal information or use your resume for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway), Neon (database), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember a referral invite. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your resumes and generated documents.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and every query is scoped to your account. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request.
